Aseptic processing	Production activities which exclude all extranuous living matter, especially microscope forms like bacteria and fungi, from the production units being assembled, filled, packaged or built.

Bioburden	Life livinf organisms or tissues that are a cause of contamination
Class	A measure of clenileess in the air of the cleanroom facility.
Class 1[M1.5]	A cleanroom where particle count is not to exceed a total of 1 particle, 5microns or larger in size, in a cubic foot of air.
Class 10[M2.5]	A cleanroom where particle count is not to exceed a total of 10particle, 5microns or larger in size, in a cubic foot of air.
Class 100[M3.5]	A cleanroom where particle count is not to exceed a total of 100particle, 5microns or larger in size, in a cubic foot of air.
Class1,000[M4.5]	A cleanroom where particle count is not to exceed a total of 1.000particle, 5microns or larger in size, in a cubic foot of air.
Class10,000[M5.5]	A cleanroom where particle count is not to exceed a total of 10,000 particle, 5microns or larger in size, in a cubic foot of air.
Class100,000[M6.5]	A cleanroom where particle count is not to exceed a total of 100,000 particle, 5microns or larger in size, in a cubic foot of air.
Cleanroom	An area which incorporates high standards for controlling humidity. temperature and all forms of particulate matter and contamination. The purpose is not to protect the product being manufactured.
Contyaminant	Any material, substance or energy which is unwanted or adversly affects the contaminee.
ESD	The sudden transfer(discharge) of electricity from one object to another. This static electricity is generally caused by friction of plastics or fabrics rubbing togher.
Micron	A unit of length equal ton 0.000001meters(1millionth of a meter) or 0.000039 inches(39millionth of an inch).
Monofilament yarn	One fine thread of continuous length
Multifilament yarn	Two or more continuous monofilaments assembled or twisted together.
Particle	A solid and /or liquid ogject generally between 0.001(one thousanth) and 1000 micron in size
Sterile	Having no living matter present. This would include microbiologcal life, such as bacteria, fungi or virus.
